Julie is a real person first, and a real estate professional, second. She leans hard on her human side as a matchmaker, making the perfect matches between homes and homeowners. An active member of the community, as you can see from a partial listing of her neighborhood activities below, but with credentials so strong, Julie could easily specialize in any field she chooses. Imagine the value of experience, working with someone who’s served in almost all the support fields surrounding real estate.
Born in Chicago, IL, Julie was raised in Lexington, KY, and moved to Durham her senior year of high school and attended Louisburg College & UNC Chapel Hill. Durham is Julie’s home and she is a realtor who simply loves what she does. “I love working with seniors, but I have to say I also love helping young couples buy their first home.” Investors love Seagroves Realty because Julie knows the market and the industry inside and out, with 34+ years working in the lending, title insurance, and attorney real estate closing fields helped her become an expert in all counties in the Triangle & Triad areas. Julie and her clients benefit from her passion, “It’s been over 20 years, but I still get excited when the phone rings!”
