Born in Chicago, IL, Julie was raised in Lexington, KY, and moved to Durham her senior year of high school and attended Louisburg College & UNC Chapel Hill. Durham is Julie’s home and she is a REALTORS® who simply loves what she does. “I love working with seniors, but I have to say I also love helping young couples buy their first home.” Investors love Seagroves Realty because Julie knows the market and the industry inside and out, with 40 years working in the real estate industry including lending, title insurance, and attorney real estate closing fields helped her become an expert in all counties in the Triangle & Triad areas.
