Hillsborough Neighborhoods

Becketts Ridge

Becketts Ridge mostly features midsize homes that are very reasonably priced. Becketts Ridge is a well-established community that dates back to 1999, and construction was completed around 2001.

Hardscrabble

Hardscrabble Plantation is a gated community built in the 1990s. The neighborhood has lots of amenities for its residents, including tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse. 

Pleasant Green Farms

Nestled not far from historic Hillsborough and the Triangle, Pleasant Green Farms is a gated community uniquely designed to lock in its stunning beauty and country feel.  Here, you can re-imagine your living in a place of 10-acre lots designed to change the way you live. 

Cameron Estates

Cameron Estates is an established neighborhood within walking distance to Orange High School and Stanford Middle School. Less than five minutes to Historic Hillsborough’s shops, restaurants, and walking trails. Cameron Estates mostly features large homes that are reasonably priced. The community dates back to 2002, and construction was completed around 2006.

Historic Downtown Hillsborough

Hillsborough’s downtown historic district — listed on the National Register of Historic Places — features more than 100 homes, churches, schools, and other structures from the late 18th and 19th centuries. Hillsborough is a haven for artists and writers and a wonderful place to live. The town is centrally located in North Carolina with fast access to the Triangle. 

Fox Hill Farm

The Fox Hill Farm neighborhood of homes offers an assortment of beautiful styles, varying sizes, and affordable prices to choose from and featuring beautiful vistas, rolling hills, and wooded acreage homesites. 

New Hope Springs

New Hope Springs mostly features large homes that are very reasonably priced. This community was established in 1994 and has continued to develop over the years.
